Adwoa Sarfo-Kantanka

Ms. Adwoa Sarfo-Kantanka is the Head of Commercialisation Division of the Soil Research Institute. She holds an MBA (Marketing) from University of Ghana Business School, an international Diploma in Business Management & Administration from Cambridge International College (Britain) and also BSc. Agriculture from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. She carries out her duties assiduously and aims to become a chartered marketer in future.

Ms. Sarfo-Kantanka has had rich experience from the many years of working at Council for Scientific and Industrial Research-Soil research Institute as a Marketer and an Assistant Research Scientist. She is currently the Marketing Officer of the institute responsible for developing marketing promotions/strategies for the services offered by the institute, using these marketing strategies to promote the sale of these services and providing operational reporting on all commercialization and marketing activities in the institute.

Her area of Research is in Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality as well as Relationship Marketing.
