Brief Description
Dr. Timothy Amangdam Anemana is a scientist with diverse research interests in all the environments and beyond. His research partly focuses on Environmental management, soil nutrition, and fertility as well as Remediation and Reclamation studies. He also focuses on the development and improvement of new (synthetic fertilizers) and existing biomaterials (biochar, activated carbon, etc) for environmental and agricultural applications. In addition, his work focuses on Postharvest technologies (especially environmentally friendly technologies like ozone) and Climate Change mitigation strategies. Dr. Anemana has a special interest in the application of analytical instrumentations to environmental analysis.
Education
Dr. Timothy Amangdam Anemana obtained his Ph.D. (Dr. Summa cum Laude) in Environmental Science (Environmental Chemistry major) from the Loránd Eötvös University (ELTE) in Budapest-Hungary. Dr. Anemana has M.Sc. in Chemistry (Chemistry of the Environments major) (program pioneer of the program) from the Patrice Lumumba Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (PFUR) in Moscow-Russia. Dr. Timothy Amangdam Anemana has a diploma in Education from the University of Education Winneba, Kumasi. Additionally, he obtained an Advanced Certificate in Energy Policy and Planning (one of the pioneers of the program) from Brew-Hammond Energy Centre at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in collaboration with l’ lnstitut international d’lnge’nierie de l’ Eau et de l’ Environment (2iE), Burkina Faso and University Le Havre in France.
