Environmental Management and Climate Change Programme Initiated
To develop at least 5 technologies per year to improve resilience of crop lands against the effects of climate change and contribute to improved yields whilst conserving soil biodiversity
Soil Fertility Management Programme
To generate at least 5 innovative technologies for efficient soil fertility management towards increased crop production, enhanced food security, improved income for farmers and enhanced livelihood
Soil and Water Management Programme
To generate and upscale 5 sustainable soil tillage technologies per year that conserve soil and water resources for effective crops grow under required moisture regimes whilst conserving energy use and preventing land degradation
Land Evaluation Programme
To take annual inventory of Ghana’s soil resources, classify and map them as well as evaluate the soils for sustainable agricultural development
